

The Body-Smart 30 Minute Workout is group exercise at its best. The workout comprises of a cardiovascular circuit which uses 10 hydraulic resistance machines and 10 in-between stations i.e. jogging squares. You spend 1 minute 30 seconds on each piece of equipment and complete 1 circuit in total finishing with a stretching routine. What’s really great about the workout is that you perform all 10 components of exercise in just 30 minutes:
- Warm up
- Cardio-vascular
- Resistance
- Cool down
- Stretching
You perform 10 sets of resistance training on all major muscle groups whilst maintaining your target heart rate for burning fat.
The equipment is easy to use and requires no co-ordination. There is always an instructor on hand to motivate and help with your workout; anyone at any fitness level can use the equipment as it automatically adjusts to the fitness level of the user by speed of movement.
As the equipment uses a double positive movement and eliminates muscle soreness this means you will not end up with huge muscles. The workout can also be tailored to each individual’s needs to achieve great results and avoid boredom...
